A living wage is the hourly wage a worker needs to earn to cover their basic expenses and participate in their community. As a living wage employer United Way WRC pays all direct employees the living wage rate for Waterloo Region.
Wellbeing Waterloo Region is a community-led collaborative where members work together across sectors to improve the wellbeing of residents in Waterloo Region. United Way WRC has supported and participated in WWR since its inception.
