As the result of the amalgamation of United Way Kitchener Waterloo & Area and United Way Cambridge & North Dumfries, United Way Waterloo Region Communities official began operations on April 1, 2017.
The year that ended on March 31, 2018 was a transitional year that involved integrating two groups of employees and two unique operational systems to create one cohesive organization. The fiscal year ending March 31, 2019 was our first full year operating as an integrated organization.
