YWCA Cambridge – Walk A Mile In Their Shoes Fundraising Event

Walk a Mile in Their Shoes, is an annual fundraising event for people of all ages, gender identities and abilities to increase awareness of the impacts of gender-based violence (GBV), while raising much-needed funds to support the GBV prevention work of YWCA Cambridge. We walk in solidarity with survivors of violence because each year in Canada, over 75,000 women and their children flee their homes to escape violence and the pandemic has seen that number rise.
