Immediate Support for Funded Partner Agencies
United Way Waterloo Region Communities recognizes that many of our partner agencies are under immense pressure to adapt and respond to emerging needs. As a funder, we are committed to ensuring our partners are able to do what is necessary in these unprecedented times.
As a flexible funder we are listening to agencies about where they need to adjust supports and program funding to best meet community needs. We are also maintaining regular communications with them to understand how else we may be able to offer support.
You can also help to support local organizations impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. The COVID-19 Community Response Fund will support the work of frontline organizations that are collectively striving to ensure our most vulnerable citizens are safe and healthy. Learn more about the fund.
